For the past four years we have lived in Colorado Springs where the sun shines a lot more than in the Willamette Valley!!  Sandy and I were married in 1973 and we have two fun daughters who both also live in Colorado with their husbands.  Each daughter has made us grandparents this past year which is an unmatched experience.  I recently started a consulting business where I help my clients develop strategic plans - most are nonprofit ministries.  Prior to that I worked for Young Life for 10yrs in ministry with kids and administration management.  Before that Hewlett Packard for 25yrs in manufacturing planning and information system projects.  Besides our growing family we also enjoy working in our yard, a little travel, a good glass of wine and great friendships near and far.
